Instructions to take the Career Intellect Test
Thank you for showing your interest in taking the Career Intellect Test. Here are some tips to take the test.
- The purpose of the career intellect test to identify your various traits - such as spiritual, neurological, psychological, intellectual, emotional, learning, motivational, creative, performance, work preference - to facilitate consultancy and counselling for your personal and professional journey.
- The assessment evaluates traits in your behavior that you naturally exhibit in your day to day work and life.
- Each trait has its own strengths and weaknesses.
- No trait is superior to another, so avoid the misconception of right or wrong answers.
- Imagine yourself in that situation—what trait, behavior, or option would you choose? Respond accordingly.
- The human brain always makes decisions based on preferences when presented with options,
and you naturally prefer what feels most comfortable to you. This assessment is all about your preferences.
- It is designed to identify your natural intellect, so choose the answers that best reflect what feels most natural and comfortable for you.
- For some questions, you may feel that neither answer perfectly fits you. That's completely fine — simply choose the option that feels the closest.
- For some questions, you may feel that both answers apply to you. That’s perfectly fine too — just select the one that applies more, even if only slightly.
- Each question will have two to six sets of images along with the descriptions. Instructions for selecting images will be provided at the top.
- Do not rethink the question too much and select the statement or image that best fits your reponse in the situation.
